Disappointed

One of the clients has decided to stop outsourcing thier AR, AP and any other daily activities to us. I've been working with them since I'm in this company. I told Dora that I won't tender because I'm happily working with them, and I love this accounts. It's very sad to hear from Dora that they have decided to perform those things in-house, meanwhile we only provide the monthly closing services for them. I understand that is a good way to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and controls, but I feel that we are being treated unfairly. The first thing comes across my mind when Dora told me about this is that why there isn't any NOTICE and the handover should be started in June immediately? what the fuck! I was working hard to help them to clear up the old stuff and make the financial statement clean and nice, working on the procedures and policies in the thought that they want these to be documented. I squeezed out my time for all the meetings even I was busy like hell. Helping them in the belief that they want to improve the business processes and controls, while they were actually trying to kick us out!

I feel very upset...
But I understand that is business nature and reality. What to do?
